Allan Haskell

Allan Haskell is an experienced professional in public safety, currently serving as a Professional Trainer at Smith System Driver Improvement Institute, Inc. since February 2019, where the focus is on teaching professional drivers to improve their driving skills through the 5 Keys of the Smith System. Allan also owns Haskell Consulting Resources, established in May 2016, specializing in public safety technology and public event security, including the installation and maintenance of CAD/RMS software and IT hardware. Previously, Allan served as a Lieutenant at the Foxborough Police Department from September 1985 to March 2016, where responsibilities included preparing operational plans and managing officer deployments for events at Gillette Stadium, highlighting expertise in special event security and emergency preparedness. Allan holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western New England University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University.
