Grant Dubuc

Grant Dubuc is a highly experienced engineering professional with a robust background in product innovation and manufacturing. Currently serving as the Director of Product Innovation at Smith & Wesson since 2010, Grant has held various roles within the company, including Product Engineering Manager and Manufacturing / Assembly Engineering Manager. Grant's responsibilities encompass problem-solving, continuous improvement, and the design of assembly lines for new products utilizing lean principles. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Mechanical Engineer at EY Technologies, focusing on R&D for military SBIR grant projects, and as a CNC Machinist at Terra Nova Marble & Granite.
