Aditi Parashar

Aditi Parashar started their career as a Module Lead/Developer at Tata Consultancy Services in 2001. Aditi gained experience in interacting with stakeholders and applying technical proficiency throughout the software development life cycle. Aditi then joined Infosys in 2004 as a Business Analyst/Module Lead, where they led a Java development project and collaborated with the engineering team to meet insurance industry requirements. Aditi also monitored projects, triaged defects, and ensured compliance with customer expectations.

In 2007, Aditi worked as a System Analyst/Developer at Vertis Microsystems LLP, a gaming software development startup. Aditi utilized their entrepreneurial spirit to meet firm customer requirements. Aditi then joined CloudFuze in 2015 as a Product Manager, where they conducted market research and translated it into business opportunities for a unified cloud-management SaaS product.

Starting in 2017, Aditi worked at Opportunity Education as a Product Manager, representing clients and delivering client-centric user stories. Aditi prioritized backlogs based on importance and dependencies. Aditi joined WebMD in 2019 as a Product Manager, where they defined roadmaps for educational/promotional products and established key performance metrics for product success. Aditi collaborated with cross-functional teams and cultivated positive rapport with stakeholders.

Currently, Aditi is the Senior Product Manager at Proficient Health, a role they assumed in 2022. Aditi oversees product management and plays a key role in the company's success.

Aditi Parashar earned an Engineer's Degree in Electronics from Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering from 1997 to 2001. Aditi later obtained a certification as a Green Belt Six Sigma Certified from Tata Consultancy Services in June 2004. Additionally, Aditi has a certification in Sun Java, but the institution and specific date of obtaining the certification are unknown. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education, with an unknown end year.
