Tom Partridge is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner at S&W since October 2025, Tom previously held the position of Senior Managing Director at Teneo from June 2021 to June 2025. Prior to that, Tom was a Partner at Deloitte LLP and served as Director of Corporate Finance at Deloitte UK for over 16 years. Tom Partridge holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
