Dashelle also contributes as a member of the Advisory Board for Universal Cranes, aiding in effective governance and long-term succession strategy. Previous roles include Pre-Contracts Manager at Universal Cranes, Non-Executive Director for Universal Cranes NZ, and Co-Owner of Write Strategy Marketing Group, which specialized in marketing strategy and bid management. Dashelle's career began at Universal Cranes Pty Ltd, encompassing a variety of roles from administrative support to tender submissions.
