Oliver Martin

Oliver Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Oliver started their career as an Accountant at Russell Brennan Keane in 1996 before moving on to work as a Management Accountant at AGL in 2001. At AGL, Oliver was responsible for preparing monthly management reports, providing finance assistance to program managers, and developing activity-based reporting tools.

In 2004, Oliver joined McDonald Keen Group as a Financial Controller. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in developing the finance and business services function, integrating acquired businesses, and implementing the Pronto ERP system. Oliver also participated in merger discussions and worked on the tax structure of the merged business.

Oliver's next role was at Procast Australia where they served as the CFO from 2008 to 2010. Oliver directed financial administrative activities, improved communication with bankers, and implemented project and operational accounting disciplines.

Oliver has led several strategic initiatives, including a group-wide turnaround project and an Auckland Cranes business integration.
