Kaitlin Heininger

Kaitlin Heininger is a seasoned professional with over nine years of experience in education and learning services, currently serving as the Senior Manager at Smithbucklin since June 2014. In this role, Kaitlin leads programming for high-profile events and meetings, aligning strategies with client objectives to drive growth and impact. Prior to Smithbucklin, Kaitlin held various positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, including Career Services Paraprofessional, where responsibilities included facilitating workshops and conducting resume reviews. Additionally, experience as a School Relations Representative with Cambridge Educational Services involved screening applicants and supporting business development efforts. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Business Minor from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a study abroad program at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
