Kate Maude

Kate Maude serves as the Certification & Registries Senior Manager and Journal Managing Editor at SmithBucklin since January 2013, where responsibilities include executing strategic initiatives for health care trade associations and managing a diverse portfolio of projects, achieving four merit promotions along the way. Previous roles at SmithBucklin include Operations Senior Coordinator, where notable accomplishments included improving subscription retention rates for clinical registries and launching new website platforms. Kate's background also encompasses volunteer experiences with organic farms in New Zealand, environmental conservation roles with Maryland Conservation Corps and AmeriCorps, and positions at organizations such as The Ocean Foundation and the National Archives. Educational qualifications include a Dual Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Geography from The George Washington University, as well as a Certificate of Proficiency in Biology, Geography, and Anthropology from the University of Canterbury.
