Katie Flynn

Katie Flynn is a Senior Education Associate at Smithbucklin since August 2023, having previously held the role of Education Associate. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at CDW from May 2022 to August 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing the talent lifecycle, conducting exit interviews, and collaborating on key initiatives. Additionally, Katie served as Vice President of Membership Programming for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. from January 2021 to March 2022, where event planning and member engagement were key focuses. Earlier experience includes roles as an intern at The Playing Field Madison and a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Tecumseh YMCA, promoting child development and safety. Katie holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, having graduated in 2023, and attended Saint Ignatius College Prep from 2015 to 2019.
