Michele Cook

Michele Cook, MPH, is a Senior Healthcare Program Coordinator at Smithbucklin, where responsibilities have included roles as a Healthcare Program Coordinator and Healthcare Program & Operations Senior Associate since July 2021. Prior to this, Michele served as an Environmental Sustainability Intern at Michele Grows It, LLC., contributing to qualitative data collection and public health content creation. Experience at the Town of Oyster Bay includes roles as an Activities Specialist and Recreation Aide at a summer camp for children with special needs, managing activities and support for campers. Additionally, Michele worked with City Year as an AmeriCorps Member providing academic and socio-emotional support to students and served as a Service Learning Coordinator at James Madison University, facilitating community engagement and volunteer management. Michele earned a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from James Madison University.
