Ashton Williams

Ashton Williams has extensive experience in the food processing industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Smithfield Foods since February 2018, following a role as Operations Manager. Prior to this, Ashton held the position of Operations Superintendent at Smithfield Farmland, overseeing 2nd shift operations for bacon processing, and also managed the food safety program at the same plant. Ashton began a career in quality assurance as QA Supervisor at Southern States Cooperative, managing QA activities for feed mills. Ashton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, and Agriculture Business Management from North Carolina State University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
