Chuck Lee has over 20 years of work experience in various safety and environmental health roles. Chuck started their career at Schwan's Company in 2001 as an EH&S Manager, where they worked for 11 years. In 2012, they joined JMFG - Smithfield Foods as a Safety Manager and worked for 4 years before transitioning to Smithfield Foods in 2016. At Smithfield Foods, Chuck held multiple positions, including Corporate Safety Manager and Regional Safety Director, before becoming the Director of Corporate Safety - East in 2023.
Chuck Lee completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Metro State University in 2011.
