Dina Keefe

Dina Keefe, MBA, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with experience in both the distribution and food industries. Dina served as the Director of Human Resources - Distribution at Smithfield Foods starting in June 2010. Prior to that, they worked at Tyson Foods where they held the position of Plant Human Resources Manager from August 2007 to March 2010. Dina also has experience as a Human Resources Intern at Tyson Foods from January 2006 to January 2007.

Dina Keefe has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Dina also obtained a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university during the period of 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Dina has also earned the SPHR designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
