Don Clay

Don Clay has extensive experience in the food industry, starting in 1991 as a National Account Manager at Kraft Foods. Don then joined Sara Lee Foods in 1998 as an Information Manager - Category Advisor, and later became a Senior National Account Manager from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, Don joined Sara Lee Foods again as a Fresh Bakery Senior Team Category Manager until 2012. At Smithfield Foods, they held various roles including Director of Category Management - Walmart Team from 2012 to 2014 and Senior National Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Smithfield Foods.

Don Clay completed their bachelor's degree in Marketing/Sales from Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University in 1988.
