Kathryn Piper

Kathryn Piper has a diverse work history in the field of benefits and business operations. Kathryn most recently served as the Senior Director of Benefits at Smithfield Foods since 2018. Prior to that, they worked at John Morrell & Co. as the Director of Corporate Benefits from 2010 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at UMR, A United Healthcare Company, including VP of Business Operations, Director of New Business Installation-Key Accounts, Compliance Officer, and Director of Customer Operations. Kathryn began their career at Prudential Healthcare as the Manager of Operations from 1980 to 1998.
