Latonya Sumpter

LaTonya Sumpter is the Chief Executive Officer of Sumpter Consulting LLC, a business specializing in equipping leaders through training in areas such as Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, goal setting, building trust in the workplace, delivering and receiving feedback, and situational leadership. Alongside their role at Sumpter Consulting, LaTonya also serves as a Senior Talent Development Training Specialist at Smithfield Foods, where LaTonya creates content for organizational and leadership development courses focusing on self-awareness, communication, team building, relationship building, extreme ownership, and mutual respect. LaTonya graduated from William & Mary with a Bachelor of Arts in American Government and Politics.
