Michael Holland

Michael Holland currently serves as a Transportation Analyst/Planner at Smithfield Foods, where responsibilities include evaluating supply chain and transportation networks, developing cost-reduction strategies, and planning truck loads for Florida customers. Previously, Michael participated in a rotational program as a CFP Supply Chain Associate at Smithfield, gaining experience in load planning and scheduling. Michael also held a Project Management Intern position at Homestead Farms LLC, contributing to an agricultural research project while utilizing process improvement tools. Earlier experience includes serving as a Server, Shift Leader, and Trainer at The Chesapeake Retirement Community. Michael is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, having obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
