Travis Hancock

Travis Hancock is an experienced business manager currently with Smithfield Foods since June 2013. Prior to this role, Travis served as a marketing intern at Virginia Tech Athletics from April 2010 to May 2013, where responsibilities included administering promotional events during sporting activities. Additional experience includes a role as a sales representative at University Directories in 2012, building connections between local businesses and the campus community. Travis also worked as a server and production assistant at West End Market in late 2011, and as an assistant general manager for the Martinsville Mustangs from May 2010 to August 2011, overseeing various operational tasks. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management and Human Resource Management from Virginia Tech, completed in 2013.
