Nate Schmid

Nate Schmid has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nate started their career as an Operations Manager and General Manager at Innotec from 2005 to 2007. Following this, they worked at The Keystone Group as an Associate (Summer) intern in 2008, where they led the sale of an under-performing division to a competitor. Nate then joined Baxter Healthcare in 2009, first as a Finance Manager and later as a Senior Manager Strategic Initiatives, responsible for developing business strategies and leading mergers and acquisitions. Since 2012, Nate has been working at SmithFoods, Inc., initially as the Chief Operating Officer and currently as the President.

Nate Schmid began their educational journey at Calvin University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) with Honors in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Nate attended Calvin University from 1998 to 2002, completing their undergraduate studies there.
