Chris Lang has over two decades of experience in research and insights, currently serving as Partner and Chief Insights Officer at SmithGeiger Group since 2002. In this role, Chris oversees a team of researchers and manages various qualitative and quantitative research projects for clients in media, entertainment, sports, and technology. Prior to this, Chris was Senior Director of Research at Frank N. Magid Associates from 1996 to 2000, where responsibilities included planning and executing research initiatives to align client strategies with market insights. Chris holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Communication Studies and Economics from Northwestern University.
