Leigh Olson Snow

Leigh Olson Snow, AIA, ACHA, EDAC, currently serves as Principal at SmithGroup, a position held since January 2018 following the acquisition of TRO, where Leigh had previously been Principal and Director of Healthcare Planning. With extensive experience in healthcare design and planning, Leigh has worked with various organizations, including JSA Architects as a Senior Healthcare Planner & Architect and as an Independent Project Manager with Leigh Snow Consulting. Academic credentials include a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Environmental Studies from Williams College. Throughout a career spanning several decades, Leigh has specialized in master planning and strategic facility development that aligns with the evolving needs of healthcare institutions.
