Alex Flatbush

Alex Flatbush has worked in the talent acquisition and recruiting industry since 2008. In that time, they have held roles at UC Davis Bicycle Program, Aerotek, Google, Uber, GRAIL, Inc., Lime, Asana, and SmithRx. At UC Davis Bicycle Program, they worked as a Student Assistant, while at Aerotek they held roles as a Technical Recruiter and On-Premise Recruiter at Gilead Sciences. At Google, they were a Sourcer, and at Uber they held roles as a Sr Sourcing Lead for Product & Engineering Management and a Recruiter/Sr Sourcer. At GRAIL, Inc., they were a Talent Partner, at Lime they were the Head of Technical Recruiting, and at Asana they were the Head of Eng Recruiting. Finally, at SmithRx, they are currently the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Alex Flatbush graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
