Caroline Kupchella, MPH, is a strategic and versatile professional with extensive experience in international development, public health, and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as Program Lead at SmithRx, they previously co-founded The Indika Alliance, working to improve the lives of women and children in domestic work in India. Caroline has managed multimillion-dollar portfolios in various roles, including as a Project Officer at Jhpiego, where they led the Health Tech Hub Africa project, accelerating health startups across the continent. Their commitment to service was recognized with a US Presidential “Lifetime Achievement” Award in 2014 for completing over 4,000 hours of service by age 18. Caroline holds a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
