Colette Litster

Colette Litster currently serves as the Plan Operations Lead at SmithRx, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Colette was a Strategic Project Manager at Lively, Inc. from January 2022 to May 2023 and a Client Success Manager at Castlight Health from April 2021 to November 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Manager of Client Implementation Solutions at HealthEquity, where significant process improvements and client integrations were achieved. Colette also held roles at the Entrepreneurs' Organization and ADP, focusing on event management, volunteer engagement, and communication projects. Colette holds an Associate's degree in Communications from the College of Eastern Utah and a high school diploma from Carbon High School.
