Darlene Boresch, CPA has extensive experience in the accounting field. Darlene began their career in 2012 as a Consulting Controller for Fanhattan and Silicon Valley Finance Group. In the same year, they also became the Corporate Controller for MATRIXX Software Inc. In 2016, they became a Consulting Controller for ELECTRIC MOVEMENT INC and a Finance Consultant for SmithRx. Darlene also served as a Board Member for the Brazilian Center for Cultural Exchange Sacramento from 2016-2018. In 2018, they became the Controller for Molecule Labs Inc and Cabin Technologies. Darlene is currently the Director, Controller and Financial Controller for SmithRx, as well as a Consulting Controller for a manufacturing and consultancy start up in the beauty industry, a high tech/robotics start up, and a past Controller for an online retail manufacturing start up in the Pharma-Health industry.
