Elle Loveseth

Elle Loveseth currently serves as the Manager of Analytics at SmithRx, where responsibilities include managing analytics engineering, go-to-market strategies, and both pharmacy and customer reconciliation for a transparent pricing PBM. Prior to this role, Elle held the position of Analytics Manager at Level, focusing on product analytics and member experience, and developed a categorization system for benefit management. Previous experience includes working as a Data Scientist at Amwell and serving as the Community Engagement Lead at the Policy Innovation Lab, McCourt School of Public Policy. Elle's career began as the Associate Director of Pre-Hearing Case Management at Disability Group, Inc. Elle holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA.
