Jackie Watson

Jackie Watson has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Jackie began their career in 2012 as the Business Office Manager at Achilles Medical. In this role, they handled large orders from professional athletes, colleges, universities, high schools, and sports teams, provided personalized customer service, built the voice for the company on social sites, and collaborated with the owner to build a marketing plan. In 2014, they moved to Living Well Disability Services as an Advocate. In 2018, they joined MatrixCare as a Claims Enrollment Analyst II and was promoted to Claims Enrolment Analyst II following key client and cross-functional team accomplishments. In 2021, Jackie joined Healthcare Academy (HCA) as the Implementation and Training Manager. In this role, they started the newly created Implementation Department, defined and streamlined the process to onboard, train, and upsell customers, and authored new internal and external training and process materials. Finally, in 2022, Jackie joined SmithRx as an Implementation Manager.

Jackie Watson attended Washington State University Global Campus from 2016 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Social Sciences with a focus in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, and Comparative Ethnic Studies. In April 2021, Jackie obtained a Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
