Jason Smith is an experienced professional in account management and client success, currently serving as Manager of Account Management at SmithRx since December 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Sr. Director of HCM Customer Success at PlanSource from August 2014 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing six service teams for over 400 elite brokers and clients. Jason also served as Director of Client Success at ADP National Accounts from June 2004 to March 2014, managing benefits administration for 110 Enterprise clients generating $37M annually. Earlier in the career, Jason held significant roles at Southwest Airlines, overseeing 1,000 customer service personnel, and at FranklinCovey, where Jason was responsible for ensuring a positive client experience in retail management.
