Nirmala G N has a work experience of 12 years as an operation excellence lead at Smiths Group plc, starting from November 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Senior Analyst at Accenture for 11 years, from October 2007 to June 2018. Before joining Accenture, Nirmala worked as an HR assistant at 3M, Accenture services pvt ltd from June 2006 to September 2007.

Nirmala G N completed a PG HRDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management) from XLRI University, Jemshedpur from 2008 to 2010. Nirmala also holds a certification in PGHRDM.
