Richard H. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in ethics and compliance across various industries. Currently serving as a Committee Member at TIPS Network and as the Legal Operations Director and Senior Compliance Officer at Smiths Group plc since October 2019, Richard leads global initiatives to foster a culture of ethical excellence. Prior to this, Richard contributed significantly to BAE Systems in several legal roles, implementing robust anti-bribery and corruption measures and managing global compliance processes.
