Frederick Szepe

Frederick Szepe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Global Sales Account Manager at Smiths Interconnect since March 2020, where management of large and complex semiconductor companies is a primary responsibility. As the President and CEO of FJS Global Consulting LLC since March 2014, Frederick has provided strategic guidance and support to businesses, focusing on technical roadmaps, contract negotiations, and program management. Prior roles include senior marketing and engineering program management at Northstar Technologies Ltd, global sales management at Astronics Test Systems and Advantest, and account management for major clients such as TSMC. Frederick's career began at Motorola, where various leadership roles spanned nearly two decades, including oversight of division strategy and program management. Frederick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Semiconductor and Electronics from Arizona State University.
