Wilson Constantine

President, Americas Region at Smiths Medical

Wilson Constantine joined Smiths Medical in September 2020 as President for the Americas Region.

As an executive leader in the medical device industry for more than two decades, Wilson has led the transformation of multiple companies to deliver growth and maximize value creation.

Prior to joining Smiths Medical, Wilson was President and Chief Executive Officer of Nihon Kohden America where he transitioned the company to a multimillion-dollar, multichannel leader and the fastest-growing company in the market. Prior to that, Wilson was Chief Executive Officer of Monarch Medical Technologies, a private equity-backed spinout of Hospira Worldwide. He also served in executive leadership roles at Stryker Orthopaedics, Misonix Inc., Henry Schein Inc., as well as other leading medical products suppliers, including units of and/or entities later acquired by Aesculap-B/Braun, Boston Scientific, Medtronic and Smith & Nephew.

Wilson attended Loma Linda University for his undergraduate studies and holds a doctorate from Samuel Merritt University. He also completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.
