Paul Summers

Paul Summers has an extensive background in various roles within the telecommunications and customer service industry. With experience at companies such as Smiths News, Ikano Bank, and Virgin Media, Paul has held positions ranging from Territory Manager to IKEA sales engagement co-ordinator to Telecommunications Engineer. In their most recent role as a Territory Manager at Smiths News, Paul is responsible for overseeing operations in the North Midlands region. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Real-time Analyst at Ikano Bank, where Paul monitored collections and customer service contact center performance on a day-to-day basis.
