Rebecca Butler

Rebecca Butler has had a successful career in payroll and people services. Rebecca started their journey as a Payroll Supervisor at DANKA UK PLC in 2004 and then moved on to become a Senior Payroll Advisor at Randstad UK. In 2008, Rebecca joined Covéa Insurance as a Payroll Manager and later became the Senior Pay & Reward Manager. In 2018, they joined Connect Group PLC as a Reward Manager and then transitioned to Smiths News in 2020, where they currently hold the position of Head of Payroll and People Services.
