Howard Kaplan

Howard Kaplan has extensive experience in the museum and arts sector, currently serving as a museum writer and editor-in-chief for Asiatica at the Freer and Sackler Galleries of the Smithsonian since August 2010. In addition, Howard Kaplan has contributed as a writer for the Eye Level blog at the Smithsonian American Art Museum since 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in English and writing from New York University (1982-1984) and a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Binghamton University (1978-1982).
