Joanne Choi

Joanne Choi currently serves as the Membership Systems Lead at the Smithsonian Institution since April 2022, focusing on Advancement Information Systems. Prior to this role, Joanne held positions at Index Analytics LLC from December 2019 to April 2022, including Test Engineer and Senior Test Consultant, where responsibilities included various modernization projects for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Joanne has also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Appsential and held multiple technical and support roles at Motionsoft. Additional experience includes administrative and operational support roles at Germantown Veterinary Clinic, the University of Maryland, and the Asian/Pacific Islander Domestic Violence Resource Project. Joanne Choi earned a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland.
