Julia Ross

Julia Ross is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in writing, editing, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Writer/Editor and Project Manager at the Smithsonian Institution since 2017, Julia has previously held pivotal roles at The World Bank, including Senior Communications Consultant, Senior Communications Officer, and Global Editor for WorldBank.org from 2009 to 2017. Prior to that, Julia worked as a Communications Consultant in Washington, DC, serving various clients such as the International Food Policy Research Institute and the National Institutes of Health. As a Fulbright Fellow, Julia contributed to publications like The Washington Post and Time while in Taiwan. Additionally, Julia was the Communications Manager at CORE Group, focusing on global maternal and child health.
