Minji Hong

Minji is spearheading an effort to increase the productivity of the newest offices and working to help propel the top traders in these offices to be some of the best in the business.

It takes a lot of focus, attention to detail, and persistence, she says, but she finds inspiration to think outside the box all around her.

Minji grew up in Kwangju, in the southern part of South Korea, and moved to Seoul for college. She joined Smith as a sales representative shortly after graduating with a degree in history.
