Trent Ranney

Trent Ranney possesses extensive experience in the electronic components industry, currently serving as General Manager for California at Smith & Associates since July 2012. In this role, Trent provides exceptional customer service and market insights while supporting various tech-related industries with supply chain and sourcing needs for semiconductor and electronic commodities. Past positions at Smith include Senior Account Manager and Global Trader, where Trent specialized in sourcing a wide range of electronic components. Previous to Smith, Trent worked as a Faculty Advisor and Tutor at Graceland University, a Franchise Manager at College Pro, and a Manager at Lamoni Golf & Country Club. Trent holds a degree from Graceland University and completed an additional program at Rice University in 2014.
