Aaron Fletcher

Aaron Fletcher is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the plastics and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Plastics at Smitty's Supply, Inc. since May 2022, Aaron oversees 6 managers and 50 operators in the injection and blow molding of various plastic containers. Prior to this role, Aaron was the Production Operations Manager at Ferrara Fire Apparatus Inc. from April 2012 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing all production operations and leading a team of over 250 employees through effective supervision of 6 production supervisors. Earlier in the career, as a Chassis Production Supervisor, Aaron managed 6 leaders and 50-75 production employees, successfully overseeing the construction of more than 200 custom fire truck chassis annually.
