Kristina Childs

Kristina Childs is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in insurance, training development, process improvement, customer service, and banking. Currently serving as a Licensed Insurance Agent at Globe Life since June 2024, Kristina educates clients on life insurance needs while providing tailored policy solutions. Prior to this, Kristina built a training department at Smitty's Supply, Inc. and held multiple roles at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, where responsibilities included Lean Six Sigma Black Belt initiatives and training development for technicians. Previous positions include customer service and sales roles at Working Solutions and Quality Sewing & Vacuum, along with a managerial position at First Tennessee Bank that achieved a notable statewide ranking. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT from the University of Phoenix.
