Oleksandr Yatsenko

Oleksandr Yatsenko has a diverse work experience that spans from CEO roles to expert and advisory positions in various companies and organizations. Oleksandr is currently working as a Principal at SMOK Ventures, responsible for markets in Ukraine, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Prior to that, they served as Chairman of the Board at Techosystem and Managing Partner at BRISE Capital. Oleksandr was also an Expert and Member of Competition Commission at the Ukrainian Startup Fund. Before these roles, they worked as a Business Development Consultant and Chief Business Development Officer at Finmap.online. Oleksandr has also held positions at The Ukrainian Internet Association, dentsu Ukraine, Betravel Agency, and Avtostop.

Oleksandr Yatsenko earned a Bachelor's degree in Management of foreign economic relations from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade in Kyiv from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued Mechanical Engineering at the National Aviation University in 2004-2005. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Private Equity and Venture Capital from Università Bocconi.
