Tomasz Bednarski

Tomasz Bednarski is a seasoned professional with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as COO at SMOK Ventures since October 2019 and CEO at Guarana Biznes since January 2015, focusing on fundraising for R&D projects and achieving client business objectives. As a co-founder of VR TierOne and a member of the supervisory board at PLUGin, Tomasz oversees financial management. Additionally, Tomasz runs Bednarski Konsulting, providing business setup and supervision since May 2004. Previous roles include lecturing on startups at Uniwersytet SWPS and mentoring at ReaktorX on cash flow management. Tomasz has also acted as an advisor for startup funding at Akademicki Inkubator Przedsiębiorczości Politechniki Wrocławskiej and managed IT projects at Centrum Wspierania Biznesu. Educational qualifications include degrees in Economics and postgraduate studies in smart power grids, complemented by managerial coaching training.
