Anirban Maity

Anirban Maity is an experienced professional in the fields of quality control, microbiology, and operations management, currently serving as the Senior Executive of Blending and Quality for Chhattisgarh at SMOKE LAB since September 2021. Previously, Anirban held positions as a Quality Chemist and Microbiologist at Kiq Beer, contributing to the startup of brewing processes and laboratories, and as a Senior Operations Executive for QC and Blending at Hermès. Anirban has also consulted for QC and R&D at Guruji Foods Inc. and coordinated district operations at Nidan Mother and Child Care, where Anirban developed a new supplemental baby food product. Additional roles include Project Coordinator at Adani Wilmar Limited, focusing on various analytical tests, and an internship at Thacker Dairy Products. Anirban holds an MBA in Operations and Project Management from the University of Mysore, an Engineer's Degree in Food Technology and Biochemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, and qualifications in Food Processing Technology and Computer Applications.
