Kalina Krsoska

Kalina Krsoska is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in client support, training, and linguistic research. Currently serving as a Client Experience & Training Specialist at Smokeball Australia since July 2022, Kalina previously held positions at Thomson Reuters as an Application Support Analyst and at Momentum Cloud Technologies in customer service and software support roles. Recently, Kalina participated in the Summer Research Scholarship program at The Australian National University, contributing to the Wakka Wakka language revival project. A research placement at UNSW supported work with the Gujaga Foundation on Dharawal language revitalization, demonstrating a strong commitment to Indigenous linguistic studies. Kalina's educational background includes a Master of Applied Linguistics at UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Wollongong, complemented by a study abroad experience in French at Université de Tours.
