David Broadfoot

David Broadfoot has a strong background in software development and engineering. David started their career as a Junior Developer at ING DIRECT Australia in 2010 and later worked as a Freelance Software Engineer, developing software for various companies and organizations. In 2011, they joined LEAP Legal Software as a Developer. In 2015, they founded EasyRegistry, an online gift registry platform. David then worked at Smokeball - Legal Software as a .NET Developer and Senior .NET Developer from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Smokeball Australia as a Software Development Manager and later became the Head of Engineering - Productivity. In 2019, they worked as an Author at Pluralsight, creating educational courses. Additionally, they gained experience at Qantas as a Project Engineer and Performance Engineering Intern, utilizing their technical and project engineering skills. Overall, David Broadfoot has a diverse work experience in software development, engineering, and leadership roles.

David Broadfoot earned a Bachelor of Engineering, Aerospace with First Class Honours from UNSW between 2006 and 2009. Prior to this, they attended Northern Beaches Secondary College - Manly Selective Campus from 2000 to 2005.
