Matuszczak Artur

Artur Matuszczak has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 1998, they started their career as an App Developer at Taxus SI, where they honed their technical skills. In 2008, they transitioned to a Sales Director role at Taxus SI Sp. z o.o., where they were responsible for creating and launching the sales structure, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

In 2015, Matuszczak co-founded and led WashPlanner.pl, where they focused on business development, team building, sales, support building, negotiations, and change management. Although the venture was short-lived from 2015 to 2016, they gained valuable experience in these areas.

From 2013 to 2020, they were a Co-founder and Vice President at TAXUS IT Sp. z o.o., a development company focused on the forestry market. Here, their responsibilities included creating and implementing the organization's vision, leading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy, and overseeing the development of software applications used across the country.

In 2018, Matuszczak co-founded and became the President of PPW Manta Ltd., a company specializing in the production of professional fire cameras used for wildfire detection and monitoring. The company's products are utilized by foresters, fire teams, and local governments.

In 2019, they worked as an Expert at Portugal Ventures. Finally, in 2020, they founded and became the CEO of The SmokeD wildfire detectors. This company builds intelligent fire detectors with artificial intelligence to protect people, animals, homes, and the environment.

Throughout their career, Matuszczak has demonstrated their expertise in various areas such as leadership, strategic planning, business development, sales, and team building. Matuszczak'swork experiences have provided him with a well-rounded skill set in technology, forestry, and entrepreneurship.

Matuszczak Artur completed their Master's degree in Forestry from Warsaw University of Life Sciences, where they attended from 1998 to 2003. In 2013, they pursued further education and attended the iCan Institute for Management studies. Matuszczak completed their management degree in 2014.
