Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Smoky Mountain Harley-Davidson since 2021, Shellie has held multiple managerial roles, including Store Manager at Sand Dollar Lifestyles and Eddie Bauer, as well as General Manager at Old Navy. Prior to these positions, Shellie was a business owner at Little Red Hen and served as Human Resources Manager at Sears. Shellie’s career in management began early with a role as First Assistant Manager at maurices, following military service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from King University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Pellissippi State Community College, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
