Jena Tan

Jena Tan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jena began their career as an HR Executive at the Ministry of Finance in 2014 and later became a Senior HR Executive in the same department. In 2018, they joined Resorts World Sentosa as a Senior Executive, focusing on team member engagement. From 2019 to 2021, Jena worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at NTUC First Campus. Jena then moved on to NTUC FairPrice, where they continued in the same role from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Jena is serving as the Head of People, Singapore at Smollan, a position they have held since June 2023.

Jena Tan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, they have acquired certifications such as "High Performing Team Train-the-Trainer Workshop" from DKSH, "Redesigning Jobs For Tomorrow" from Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), and "Awareness of Business Continuity Management (ISO 22301:2019)" from SOCOTEC in 2022 and 2023.
