Shikara Ramfol

Shikara Ramfol has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shikara started their career at National Non-Destructive Testing Services in 2013, working as a Human Capital Officer until May 2016. In 2017, they joined Smollan as a Human Resource Administrator for a brief period before transitioning to the role of Human Resources Officer. From August 2019, Shikara took on the position of People Partner at Smollan, and most recently, in July 2022, they were promoted to the role of People Lead.

Shikara Ramfol completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2015, they obtained a Masters degree in Industrial Organizational and Labour Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
